Information required to complete your submission (checklist)

To complete your submission you will require the following information:

1. Abstract title: (Please keep concise).*
2. Abstract: Maximum of 300 words. Text only or with images/graphs/diagrams.*
3. Keywords: Option to add up to 3 keywords.
4. Contact Details: Main presenter * Co-presenter(s).
5. Introduction: A short (20-50 words) biography which will be used by the chairperson to introduce you to the audience.*
6. Biographies: A longer biography of 150-250 words for each presenter. This will be used in the conference program.*
7. Photograph: A head/shoulder image for each presenter. This will be used in the conference program.
8. Presentation type: is your presentation is one of the following – PowerPoint, Talk Only, Poster Presentation*

* indicates information that is required to submit your material now. Other information (non-asterisk) can be added later using a unique personal link or the login credential you set during the submission process. These details will be emailed to you at the completion of the submission process.

Formatting

• Abstracts will be provided to the review committee in black text without document formatting.
• Acronyms should be spelt out in the first instance.

Submissions including images/graph’s/diagrams
Should your submission include images/graphs/diagrams please download template 1 (below) to complete before you commence the submission process. The abstract including images and text must not exceed one side of A4.

Co presenters and non presenting authors
Contact details, introductions, biographies and photos  are also required for co presenters and these details should be submitted at this website. If you do not have these details at the time you submit your abstract these details can at a later date, preferably, prior to 26^th  May 2024. Please use template 2 below to submit these details. Name and affiliation is only required for non presenting authors the template below is to be used to submit these details.
